i ask this question to people when i meet new faces. their reply falls in two categories and two only and it'll provide you with all you need to know about them. now. either they answer immediately and highly enthusiastic and you know they are imaginary, outgoing and generel curious beings. or they look like DUH, let out a sick fake laugh, look nervously at their feet and you know that they are well. well, you just know.

here it is. and i like to get a little close and maybe whisper: say. for how long can you keep your eyes closed while driving on the road at night?

the original plan was this. i would settle in sevilla, my family had a finca on avenue de josé galan merino on the banks of guidalquivir back in the 80's, so i still have friends there. but then this: when i arrived in valencia it all changed. my friend, audiopoet, writer and photographer morten okbo from denmark was there with his stunning swedish girlfriend sara, morten and i know eachother from liège, and his guidance around the city plus his contacts proved (once again, i should add) to be of such help that i fell in love with the place and the people immediately!

how wonderful! i'm new on this blog-thing and since i have now settled in the port town of valencia, i think, i might as well write a little about my new life here in spain.

after leaving england three weeks ago, driving around this vast country, i finally found a place on the eastcoast where i can finish work without further interruptions. so, i'll keep you posted when i get organized.

oh. i went to see calatrava by the sea but must confess i wasn't impressed. his museum in milwaukee is much more daring and the torso in malmoe. well, that's just wonderful and perhaps even enigmatic.
